Job Summary
Read packaging documents to determine product specifications and observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to standards. Remove finished packaged items, separate rejected items, and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clearing jams and reporting issues. Stock and sort products, replenish supplies like wrapping paper and ink, and inspect and remove defective materials. Clean damaged items to prepare raw products, monitor the production line for hazards and pile-ups, and stack finished goods or apply protective wrapping. Assemble shipping containers, perform final inspections for defects and stack height, and record operational data on finished and rejected items. This 7pm-7am shift requires the ability to detect visual details, match colors, and make precise coordinated movements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Ability to see details at close range
- Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness
- Ability to make precisely coordinated movement of both arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with your body, arms, and/or legs
- Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movement of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Oral Comprehension

- Ability to identify or detect differences among product such as flash, mold, contamination, under fill, etc.
- Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among product
