Job Summary
As an Inspector Packer, you will play a crucial role in inspecting and packaging high-quality plastic products, ensuring they meet quality standards before shipment. The position involves monitoring production line efficiency, communicating quality concerns, maintaining a clean work area, and managing packaging material inventory. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed
