Job Summary
Inspect finished plastic products for defects like cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies. Package items according to specifications by selecting appropriate materials and ensuring proper sealing. Label packages accurately with product information and warning labels. Monitor production line efficiency by identifying and resolving packaging issues. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and maintain a clean work area adhering to safety guidelines. Control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment. This full-time, direct hire role operates 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401k matching, and life insurance.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
