Job Summary
Inspector conducts pre-shipment inspection by preparing the inspection procedure and documents according to Medline request and schedule; inspects products and concludes inspection result; submits inspection report and shares with relevant stakeholders within the same day of inspection; identifies risks related to quality discrepancies and provides suggestions to supervisor or manager; offers constructive suggestions or raises issues to divisional QA/PM to optimize the inspection process and improve efficiency; follows company policy to complete related documents such as expense and performance reviews in a timely manner; remains flexible to changes in work arrangements and completes other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Education level: College degree or above
- Working experience: 1 years or above quality control experience with quality sense
- Medical device industry experience is a plus
- Good communication, personality and team spirits
- Detail orientated and honesty
- Strong willing to learn new knowledge and self-leaning skills
- Flexibility to frequent travel
