Job Summary
Inspect vacation rental properties for compliance with company standards, checking functionality of items like TV controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets, and verifying all promised guest amenities. Perform small maintenance repairs during inspections and report large maintenance issues to respective departments. Commute through your territory to prepare properties for guest and owner arrivals, manage inventory, stage units, and deliver needed items to guests. Weekend work is required with shifts based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be at least 18 years of age
