Job Summary
Support AS9100 quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. Perform detailed mechanical and visual inspections on machined products and generate accurate inspection reports and documentation. Present product and data packages to customer source inspectors and partner with program managers to coordinate inspection activities. Complete additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals. Fluent in English and Vietnamese required for daily communication with team members and customer inspectors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Must be able to speak English and Vietnamese fluently
- 5+ years inspecting machined parts
- 5+ years using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- 5+ years working directly with customer source inspectors
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of customer specifications and requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and production staff
- Fluent in Vietnamese (required for daily communication with team members)
