Job Summary
Inspect customer homes to determine pest prevention, termite protection, and landscape services needed. Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers while building long-term, trusting relationships. Conduct networking and cold calling to generate sales leads through telephone prospecting and appointment setting. Accurately and timely complete all sales-related paperwork. Grow the business by selling services and control expenses to make a profit. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; background checks completed on all candidates. High School Diploma or GED required; outside sales experience a plus.
