Inspector I- 3rd Shift

Inspect and/or test parts, finished goods or re-worked items according to established specification and testing methods; provide training and work coaching as necessary. Document results; approve/reject items according to established standards. Maintain training records including annual review of QA Inspector Training Matrix. Monitor manufacturing/quality processes to assure component/product control, SOP and GMP compliance; initiate corrections/improvements. Perform data collection; interpret and analyze information to provide recommendations for solutions. Conduct in-process, pre-sterilization and post-sterilization testing; release conforming lots and document non-conforming lots. Work within multi-functional teams (QA or cellular production) and demonstrate a service attitude. Initiate specification change orders for process and/or quality improvements. Perform production-related computer transactions. Role requires English literacy for work instructions and communication; no prior experience required with comprehensive training provided. This is a 3rd shift, on-site, FULL_TIME position at Medtronic with a defined salary range and standard benefits for regular employees.
