Job Summary
Doff packages from spinning frames to pallets or boxes while inspecting for yarn defects and checking frame conveyor stability before activation. Activate the frame conveyor, separate layers within boxes or pallets, and fill out identification forms to attach to finished units. Retrieve pallet components and storage boxes, form bundles, tape bottoms, and push supplies to frames requiring them. Verify frame identification against Manufacturing Order numbers to ensure correct yarn is packed. Maintain steady standing and walking pace during 12-hour shifts in a cotton dust environment, ensuring completed units are ready for Fork Truck Operators.
