Job Summary
Operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in continuous production or processing operations for Blades manufacturing, reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities with higher-level adjustments. Manage clerical assignments in the distribution center, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage of products. Perform routine tasks requiring judgment and decision-making in manufacturing operations, providing guidance to new or entry-level employees. Requires 1+ years of related experience in manufacturing or supply chain procedures. This role is part of the Production Support Career Stream with rotating shifts (Turno A and B).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification
- basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications
- May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation
- Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes
- May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers
- Works under moderate supervision; with general supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new activities
- Knows operating equipment and established operational procedures
- Performs intermediate activities requiring judgment and decision-making in manufacturing/production operations or distribution center
- May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry level employees
