Job Summary
Conduct daily property inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues, evaluating items like TV controllers, drawers, and faucets to ensure they function properly and verify all promised guest amenities. Perform small maintenance repairs when defects are detected during inspections and report large maintenance issues to respective departments. Commute to and from properties within your territory, preparing homes for guest and owner arrivals while managing inventory and staging. Deliver needed items to guests upon request. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic maintenance knowledge. Schedule includes Sunday through Saturday shifts with weekend work required.
Required Qualifications
