Job Summary
Conduct energy testing on new homes, including blower door tests and duct leakage tests, to measure efficiency and identify improvement areas. Perform site inspections to ensure construction meets building codes and energy standards while communicating findings with builders and contractors. Maintain accurate records of all activities and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. This entry-level day shift role requires reliable transportation for over 80-120 miles of daily travel, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to prove proof of previous employment past 7 years through background check
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- State-minimum auto insurance
- Must be currently authorized to work for any US employer
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
- Must be able to conduct multiple inspections each day
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
