Job Summary
Inspector for Universal Stainless & Alloy Products in Titusville, PA, working 3 pm–11 pm Monday–Friday. Primary duties include visual and dimensional inspection of bars to meet customer specifications, grade verification against work instructions, marking, documentation on the Final Dimensional Report Form, and assisting shipper as needed. Requires tow motor and crane experience; prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and life/disability insurance. Required Qualifications

- Able to read and understand work instructions
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Confirms grade with grade listed on work instructions
- Verifies all bars in order comply with customer requirements for length, widths, thickness and surface finish and hardness
- Properly marks individual identification on each bar
- Properly records all information on the Final Dimensional Report Form
- Able to read and understand work instructions
- Tools/equipment used: measuring tape, micrometers, profilometer, air polisher, scale, no-touch tools, crane, tow motor
