Job Summary
Inspector responsible for on-site inspection and construction management support during interior/exterior projects across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP trades. Duties include reviewing drawings and submittals, maintaining daily logs, leading progress meetings, coordinating with federal points of contact, validating material deliveries, conducting quality assurance inspections, supporting government cost estimates, escorting contractors on site, maintaining job files, reviewing monthly payment applications, performing Davis-Bacon wage interviews, assisting with RFIs and change orders, and supporting comprehensive project closeout and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience inspecting multiple types of construction (architectural, civil, structural, plaza projects)
- master, journeyman, or certified inspector
