Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent), 10+ years of field inspection/management experience, OSHA 30 certification, and knowledge of NYC DOB requirements. The role emphasizes safety, coordination with owners/architects/engineers/contractors, review of change orders and shop drawings, and documenting field conditions across multiple sites, with relocation assistance available and full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
- 10 years’ relevant experience managing and/or inspecting field work
- 30 Hour OSHA Safety Certification
- OSHA safety regulations knowledge
- Knowledge of NYC DOB requirements
