Inspector Advocate
$49,920–$58,240 year
On-siteSan Luis Obispo, California, United States
Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for inspectors in Land Gorilla's vendor network, listening to grievances with empathy, documenting details, and tracking recurring issues to identify patterns. Own end-to-end issue resolution by coordinating with Operations, Recruiting, or Client Success to get problems solved, then follow up directly to confirm satisfaction. Proactively reach out to inspectors, particularly newer ones, to offer walkthroughs and training on proprietary software while identifying disengaged staff at risk of leaving. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide feedback to leadership on trends affecting inspector satisfaction and retention.
