Job Summary
Conduct and fulfill collection requirements in a timely manner, ensuring aged devices are properly processed through the system. Assist supervisor and manager with specific customer follow-up tasks and maintain close communication with the management team. Use a web camera to capture device damage according to client criteria and research specific items that meet requirements for individual collections. Assist with disqualifying devices returned with damaged shipping boxes and highlight potential GXO exposure for escalation. Work the afternoon shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of multiple administrative disciplines
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to interpret documents and procedures
- Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
- Must be able to consult with team members and management as needed
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have demonstrated solid work ethic
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
