Job Summary
Supervise a Mobile Inspections team within an assigned New York Metro area (Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Yonkers) to ensure inspection quality, productivity, and safety. Lead a 10- to 15+ inspector team, coach and discipline as needed, recruit and onboard new Inspectors, and coordinate with Dispatch, Quality Assurance, and boundary partners to meet client expectations. Conduct vehicle inspections and floorplan audits, monitor KPIs and Lean Daily Management metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Build relationships with auctions, remote dealer services, and other internal teams; support training (inspection app, eLearning, field training); and manage staffing levels and performance reviews. Requires High School Diploma/GED, 5+ years relevant experience, and ability to travel 25% within the region; valid driver's license and safe driving record are required. This role may offer remote work within specified localities.
