INSPECTIONS FLOOR SUPERVISION

Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality to ensure they meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards before releasing them for guest use. Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations by providing feedback, resolving issues, and assisting with training room attendants on procedures. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly and communicate room status updates with the front desk and management. Manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization, and assist with cleaning tasks when needed. Requires previous housekeeping or inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.
