Job Summary
Manage all inspections following solar installations by setting up inspections with proper jurisdictions and delivering documents at project premises. Share critical project information with the corporate office and complete projects within established policies, time frames, and budgets. Maintain high quality assurance and crew safety while communicating professionally with customers to answer questions and resolve complaints. Perform other related duties as assigned, including calculating material needs and using ION technology such as FieldPro and Salesforce. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least one year of construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Work exceptionally well with others, competently delegate work among the crew and resolve potential issues
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated
- Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed
- Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- More than 1 year of previous construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear
