Inspection Scheduler

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule inspections for all cities serviced by Bureau Veritas; process incoming inspection requests via phone and email; perform permit processing and data entry with accuracy and efficiency; serve as a primary point of contact for contractors, city representatives and internal staff; communicate with field inspectors to confirm schedules, resolve conflicts and relay updates; monitor and manage scheduling queues to ensure timely service delivery; identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues through effective problem-solving; maintain accurate records and documentation within scheduling systems; provide exceptional customer service through professionalism and responsiveness at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a willingness to think outside the box
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/software systems (experience with permitting systems is a plus)
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
