Job Summary

Perform inspection and packaging operations while evaluating "Further Review" vials to determine defect classification per SOPs. Complete all required reject verification documentation, including RVI forms and batch production records, and capture photographic evidence of defects for training and customer communications. Train and qualify inspection personnel on defect recognition, guide teams on defect trends, and support cross-functional investigations and regulatory audits. Serve as subject matter expert for reject identification, presenting processes during customer meetings and assisting with CAPA implementation.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to, safety instructions, standard operating procedures, policies, and manuals
Ability to write clearly and communicate effectively
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages
Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to demonstrate understanding and effective application of written and oral instruction
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to quickly adapt and learn new manufacturing software systems
Must receive passing tests results on vision, color blindness and depth perception eye exam
Must have clear vision: up close (20 inches or less), at distance (20 feet or more), color (ability to identify and distinguish colors), depth perception (three dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus), and peripheral (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or left to right while eyes are fixed on a given point)

Must pass initial and annual vision test
Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently, 25 pounds occasionally, and 50 pounds infrequently
Must be able to sit, stand, and reach
Must have hand and finger dexterity

Must be able to climb and work at elevated heights
