Job Summary
Lead the visual inspection, labeling, and packaging activities for finished sterile compounds, including review of batch records and ensuring accuracy of label reconciliation. Collaborate with Inspection & Packaging Supervisors to meet scheduled batch release dates, provide training on SOPs, and lead investigations and CAPA actions for non-conformances with QA support. Supervise a team of Associates, drive efficiency improvements, manage batch and label inventory, and coordinate daily staffing for visual inspection and labeling to ensure on-time product release. Requires bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 1+ year leadership experience, aseptic processing familiarity, and strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft 365 skills. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
- 1-year previous leadership experience or comparable experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in aseptic processing preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards required
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and results oriented
- Ability to effectively bring others together and reconcile differences
- Proficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
