Job Summary
Oversee the oversight of unauthorised structures in Singapore: conduct regular inspections to identify unauthorised constructions, investigate complaints, interpret and enforce building regulations, maintain comprehensive records (photos, violation notices, correspondence), prepare detailed reports on findings and required actions, and communicate with property owners and developers to facilitate compliance. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and handle conflicts to achieve amicable resolutions. Trained in civil/structural engineering with at least 2 years of design/site experience and proficient in English are required.
Required Qualifications
