Job Summary
Prepare inspection line equipment for daily operation and monitor X-ray screens to detect foreign materials like metal, glass, or bone. Unstack products from pallets, load them onto conveyors, and start or stop equipment to retrieve flagged items. Remove, replace, and repack products as instructed, then unload and restack them securely on pallets. Seal boxes with tape, label them per project requirements, and secure pallets using stretch or shrink wrap. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment while following GMPs and health safety protocols. Report any deficiencies to supervisors immediately. No experience required; training provided. Bilingual candidates preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible; a full 40-hour week is not guaranteed
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach
- Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Identify small contaminant particles on X-ray monitors
