Job Summary
Inspection Associate role at Bureau Veritas focusing on equipment condition checks, calibration verification, and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include obtaining samples from vessels, tanks, railcars, and trucks; labeling with complete data; calculating quantities and completing paperwork; delivering samples to a Bureau Veritas laboratory or client facility; attending key meetings; maintaining a company vehicle; and participating in the Business Management System (BMS). The position requires punctual reporting to the job site, compliance with applicable federal and provincial regulations, and 24-hour on-call status.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with quality, safety and environmental standards
- Ability to read and adhere to management systems (BMS)
- Willingness to attend meetings and travel as needed
- On-call availability
- Maintaining documentation and samples handling
- Laboratory sample delivery/storage knowledge
- Vehicle maintenance responsibility
