Inspack Assistant (SBO)

Inspack Assistant (SBO) learns to inspect and package bags according to the company’s quality standards, perform quality tests (e.g., stretchability, easy open, weight per box), and generate reports to ensure products meet specifications. The role involves using PPE, adhering to safety regulations and environment considerations, reporting quality issues to operators/supervisors, recording pallet information in production orders, and collaborating with team members to support machine operation and production modules. Training covers high-density and low-density quality standards, interpreting production orders, operating at least one packaging machine (auto pack or manual table) during learning, and packing/sealing bags for pallet stacking. Prior experience in plastic product inspection is preferred. Education required: High school diploma or equivalent. Work environment includes standing for long periods and lifting 11-50 lbs, with exposure to high/low temperatures, loud noise, ammonia odors, and dust inside a manufacturing plant.
