Job Summary
Transport personnel throughout the show day, including hotel and airport pickups and drop-offs using personal or company vehicles. Manage logistics by coordinating large take-out orders with local restaurants, retrieving and distributing them to touring staff, and delivering large grocery shopping lists to the venue. Handle errands such as laundry, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs while maintaining cash and receipts for expense reimbursement. Assist production staff with general duties, pick up and drop off company-rented vans, and perform light administrative tasks like making copies and posting signs. Maintain confidentiality and execute various special projects assigned by the Back of House Manager. This role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to work long days ranging from 10 to 18 hours in loud, busy environments.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and fully insured
- Safe driving habits
- Operational cell phone
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
- Must be able to work a long day (typical show day runs anywhere to 10 to 18 hours)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
