Job Summary
Welcome attendees at entrances, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates. Operate two-way radios to perform emergency medical calls and respond immediately to specific requests. Assist distressed individuals, share festival information from staff guides, and locate safe refuge locations prior to show openings. Provide directional support to headliners using megaphones at entrance areas. Work assigned shifts in loud, busy environments with temperatures ranging from hot to cold. Stand for up to four hours and walk long distances while lifting up to 20lbs.

- Experience using radios
- Ability to work under pressure in stressful environments
- Energetic and focused personality
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments
- Effectively manage deadlines
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner
- Ability to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to walk up/down stairs
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be able to tolerate drastic temperature climates
- Willingness to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Work authorization in the U.S. which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
