Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, stakebeds, and dump trucks to execute exterior builds, manage inventory for truck loading/unloading, and coordinate with vendors for fence lines and equipment maintenance. Direct signage crews to hang perimeter signs and route headliners, while overseeing shuttle teams to load and unload buses, manage driver check-ins, and troubleshoot vehicle issues. Perform earthmoving tasks and ensure all operations meet safety standards in loud, busy festival environments. Requires valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle report, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean motor vehicle report
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to walk long distances for long periods of time, constantly moving and on feet
- Must be able to life 50+lbs
- Must be motivated with an "Everything is possible" attitude
- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Heavy Equipment certified
- OSHA cert
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Earth moving equipment and/or CDL certifications and experience are a plus
- Fork lift certs required
- Signage crew does not require fork lift certifications, although they are helpful
- Signage lead requires some experience in signage or similar departments
- Clean and presentable attire (show blacks)
