Job Summary
HR Coordinator at Insomniac to support onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, and internship programs, while contributing to employee engagement and HR operations. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, conducting new hire orientation, audits of HR data, benefits administration during onboarding/open enrollment, and coordinating department activities. Requires 2+ years in HR or related support, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday, Timeclock Plus, ADP Vantage) and strong communication and organizational skills. In-office role in Calabasas, CA; some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives preferred
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent HR processes in a high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and office productivity tools; Workday, Timeclock Plus, and ADP Vantage experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
- Comfort with travel and on-site work as required
