Job Summary
Manage global supply chain operations for Racing and Festival event apparel, overseeing transportation, warehouse functions, inventory, and import/export processes across 22 countries. Direct fleets, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and optimize freight budgets while resolving supplier disputes and developing corrective action plans. Lead cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines, manage customs documentation, and ensure on-time delivery against event schedules. Requires 5+ years in global logistics and work authorization; salary $75,000–$85,000 USD. Based in Los Angeles, this role supports Insomniac's large-scale festival operations within Live Nation Entertainment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in global logistics management
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Proven ability to optimize logistics and/or supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and lead a team
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data to drive operational improvements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficient in logistics software and IT systems
- Experience in analyzing data to drive operational improvements
- Proven ability to problem solve and communicate in a professional manner
