Job Summary
Represent Insomniac Events and partners by promoting events and products through grassroots marketing at various locations. Engage with prospective and current Headliners professionally to expand brand awareness, while distributing posters, stickers, and flyers throughout communities and events. Establish relationships with retail stores to place promotional materials and transport these items to and from work sites. Document promotional material distribution and report inventory quantities weekly. This seasonal Street Team role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays with own transportation, standing for three hours in loud, busy environments with temperatures ranging from extreme heat to cold. Applicants must provide work authorization without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Comfortable speaking in front of small and large crowds
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Own transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift with minimal assistance for a minimum of three hours
- Fundamental knowledge of Insomniac and the dance music community
- Work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Ability to work in drastic temperature climates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to travel to work events during evening and weekend hours
