Job Summary
Represent Insomniac Events and partners by promoting events and products through grassroots marketing and engaging Headliners professionally. Distribute posters, stickers, and flyers across communities and events while establishing relationships with retail stores for material placement. Transport promotional materials to various locations and document distribution efforts by reporting inventory quantities weekly. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as the event calendar requires, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted for extended periods. Travel to work events during evening and weekend hours to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as the event calendar requires
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Comfortable speaking in front of small and large crowds
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Own transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift with minimal assistance for a minimum of three hours
- Fundamental knowledge of Insomniac and the dance music community
- Work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
