Job Summary
Provide transportation for personnel throughout the show day, including hotel and airport pickups and drop-offs using either a personal car or company-provided vehicle. Run errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, and equipment rentals. Coordinate large take-out orders with local restaurants, retrieve items from grocery stores, and deliver supplies to the venue. Assist production staff with general duties, maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement, and provide local area information to touring staff. Pick up and drop off company-rented 15-passenger and cargo vans while handling light administrative tasks like making copies and posting signs. Confidentiality is critical to the role. Typical show days run 10 to 18 hours. Candidates must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, good driving record, and fully insured vehicle. This role requires work authorization without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and fully insured
- Safe driving habits
- Operational cell phone
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
