Job Summary
Oversee the workflow of designated performers on event grounds, ensuring they stay on schedule while monitoring break times and time-outs. Carry water and necessary items for performer teams, liaise with stage managers to coordinate access, and navigate performers through crowds with a comprehensive site footprint understanding. Complete rotations of designated checkpoints, assist Entertainment Department Managers with tasks, and interact professionally with headliners and staff. Work late show hours, weekends, or overtime as needed to support the high-quality Headliner experience at festivals and club nights.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have open availability on event days & have no conflicting bookings or employment shifts
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events as required
- Must have clean driving record, valid driver's license & car insurance
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- May work in drastic temperature climates
- Physically able to sustain prolonged periods of walking or standing in all weather conditions
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills
- Energy, enthusiasm & people skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Desired Qualifications
- Festival, Film or Television production experience is highly desirable
- Backgrounds in management, team lead, security, military or project management are a plus
- Experience with radio protocol is beneficial but is not required
