Job Summary
Conduct on-site check-ins for festival attendees using laptops to cross-reference spreadsheets and verify passport program eligibility. Engage enthusiastically with program members at diverse activations, including arts & crafts, food & beverage stations, and interactive games, while communicating detailed festival information such as show hours, stage names, and nearby amenities. Assist with set up and strike of passport areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the event. Adapt to a creative set of tasks and get Headliners excited about activations while working long hours, weekends, and traveling to meet deadlines in loud, busy environments.
