Job Summary
Greet and interact with headliners while embodying and maintaining full character during performances. Pose for photo ops to foster the Insomniac image and facilitate a team-oriented environment. Navigate large crowds, complete assigned checkpoint rotations, and demonstrate elevated stamina while wearing designated costuming elements for extended periods. Work effectively under high-pressure timelines and demanding festival conditions, tolerating loud noise and drastic temperatures. Evening and weekend hours are required, with travel to events as needed. Participants must possess theatrical acting and dancing capabilities, adaptability to suit costuming, and the ability to accept direction with flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Theatrical acting & dancing capabilities are required
- Proficient talent in your chosen performance area
- Energy, enthusiasm & people skills
- Adaptable performance style to suit your costuming or audience
- Able to accept direction and coaching with flexibility & adaptability
- Physically able to walk & stand for extended periods of time in festival conditions
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events as required
