Job Summary
Greet artists and crew upon arrival at the stage, then radio the artist compound staff to gather them from dressing rooms. Remain visible to the tour manager on stage to address immediate needs, communicate with hospitality regarding rider adjustments, and retrieve hospitality items nightly. Coordinate with the stage manager on credential allowances and ensure photographers and videographers have proper satin credentials for stage access. Report any personnel issues to the artist relations manager and maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward all artists, crew, and guests in backstage areas. This role requires 2+ years of artist relations experience, tolerance for loud noise and temperature extremes, and frequent travel to events during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Artist Relations
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience is preferred, including managing, developing and leading teams as well as optimizing and reorganizing teams to most effectively meet business needs
- Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office
