Job Summary
Greet artists and crew upon arrival at the stage, coordinate radio artist compound staff to transport artists from dressing rooms, and remain visible to the tour manager for immediate support. Communicate with hospitality regarding rider adjustments, retrieve items from the stage nightly, and manage credential access for photographers and videographers. Maintain positive interactions with all personnel on and backstage while reporting personnel issues to the Artist Relations Manager. This role supports the Headliner experience at Insomniac's global festivals and events, ensuring smooth operations for tour managers and artists.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Artist Relations
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience is preferred, including managing, developing and leading teams as well as optimizing and reorganizing teams to most effectively meet business needs
- Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office
