Job Summary
Check-in festival members on-site at activations by cross-referencing spreadsheets on a laptop while maintaining knowledge of show hours, stage names, and facility locations. Communicate enthusiastically about the Insomniac Passport program offerings and assist with set-up and strike of Passport areas to ensure organized workspaces. Adapt to diverse creative tasks ranging from arts and crafts to charitable giveaways to engage Headliners and program members. Work long hours, weekends, and travel as required to meet deadlines in loud, busy environments with temperature extremes.
Required Qualifications
- Large-scale event experience– exceeding 5,000 attendees

- Work authorization in the U.S. which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Insomniac Passport program and its offerings
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and informatively about the Insomniac Passport program
- Ability to effectively use a laptop computer to cross reference various spreadsheets
- Knowledge of general festival information (i.e. hours of the show, stage names, major performing artists, location of the nearest medic tent, ATM, water station, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and creative set of tasks
- Personable

- Ability to work well in group environments
- Ability to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Ability to work in drastic temperature climates
- Willingness to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
