Job Summary
Handle merchandise purchase transactions and ensure customer satisfaction before completing sales. Count in all product received and count out all product at the end of the show. Help set up merch booths and product displays based on management guidance. Input correct products into the cash register or Point of Sale (POS) to maintain accurate inventory. Provide excellent customer service, maintain booth cleanliness and organization, and follow safety and theft prevention procedures. Execute day-to-day tasks as needed. Travel is required to and from the work location; lodging is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Great customer service skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Basic math and counting skills
- General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
- Travel is required to and from work location
- Must successfully pass background check
- Work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
