Job Summary
Welcome attendees at entrances, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates. Operate two-way radios to perform emergency medical calls, listen attentively for specific requests, and assist distressed individuals. Memorize event website and staff guide information to share with attendees while understanding evacuation procedures and locating safe refuge locations. Provide directional support to Headliners using megaphones at entrance areas. Work assigned shift schedules in loud, busy environments with drastic temperature climates, standing for up to four hours and walking long distances.

- Experience using radios
- Ability to work under pressure in stressful environments

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments
- Effectively manage deadlines
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner
- Ability to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to walk up/down stairs
- Willingness to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Work authorization in the U.S. which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
