Job Summary
Ticketing Manager to oversee on-site ticketing operations for Insomniac's concerts and festivals from concept to settlement. Requires advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms (Front Gate Tickets or similar) and expert Excel reporting, with leadership of box office staff and collaboration with promoters and stakeholders. This on-site role involves frequent travel, long hours, and maintaining audit-ready cash handling in dynamic event environments.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms (Front Gate Tickets or similar such as Ticketmaster, TicketWeb, Universe, Eventbrite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel with nested functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale festival production and operations
- Customer service experience in large-scale ticketed events
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute changes with a calm demeanor
- On-site work required; not remote
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
