Job Summary
Seasonal, part-time Production Assistant supporting Insomniac's Back of House for Boo! Seattle 2025. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager, organizing advance documents, vendor liaison, credentialing, and coordinating festival area operations. On-site work required with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends; strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event planning, management, and coordination
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience communicating with multiple vendors and advancing event production needs
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with urgency for large and small projects
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
- U.S. work authorization not requiring visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale festivals or live events (preferred)
- Prior internship or work experience in event production or stage management (preferred)
- Vendor liaison or stakeholder management experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with advance credentialing processes and documentation (preferred)
- Experience with coordinating with multiple vendors and production teams (preferred)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (preferred)
