Job Summary
Manage corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments from commencement to completion, leading voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and small business restructures. Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior team members while preparing and reviewing statutory reports, investigations, and financial analysis. Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, creditors, lawyers, financiers, and other professionals to identify commercial outcomes and provide practical restructuring solutions. Support business development and strengthen referral relationships while working closely with Directors and Registered Liquidators on complex engagements. This leadership role offers a clear pathway to Senior Manager, Director, or Registered Liquidator within a collaborative national firm employing 100+ professionals across five offices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' Australian corporate insolvency experience
- Demonstrated experience managing insolvency appointments
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and practice
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and report-writing ability
- Proven ability to mentor staff and manage multiple engagements
- Permanent residents or citizens of Australia or NZ
