Job Summary
InSite Support Intern will assist the inSite functional support team with day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the inSite platform in a global construction/engineering setting. Responsibilities include managing user incidents and requests, analyzing and documenting functional issues, maintaining user guides and training materials, supporting UAT for new features, assisting with user training and onboarding, conducting basic data reviews, and coordinating between business users, IT support, and development teams to drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in: Business Administration (ADE) Civil Engineering / Construction-related degrees Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Fluency in Spanish and English
