Job Summary
The Insights Sr Researcher will lead the design of comprehensive consumer and user research plans, conduct mixed-method studies, and translate findings into actionable business implications for Logitech’s Personal Work Solutions in China and globally. Responsibilities include collaborating with analysts, designers, product managers, and engineers; coordinating recruitment and field activities; analyzing large data sets; producing clear reports and presentations; and advancing consumer insights across the organization. The role requires 5+ years of mixed-methods research experience, proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methods, experience with AI-enabled research approaches, strong data-visualization and analysis skills (SPSS and related tools), and fluency in English and Mandarin. The position supports a hybrid work model with possible remote work and a global, cross-functional scope.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consumer insights experience with a mix of quantitative and qualitative consumer research
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Experience leading studies through each project stage
- Familiarity with traditional and non-traditional research methods
- Interest in progressive methods of obtaining fresh consumer insights, especially AI
- Deep experience with primary research: writing questionnaires and discussion guides, setting up sampling plans, testing programmed online surveys, monitoring studies during fieldwork, planning analysis and creating banner and tab plans, checking data tables, creating and populating slides to report out research findings
- Proven experience with leveraging secondary research reports to answer business needs
- Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization, data mining tools, and/or SPSS
- Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and prescriptive implications
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
