Insights Manager

Job Summary
The Insights team is seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead end-to-end research across GoodRx’s consumer products, manage longitudinal KPI studies, and provide analytics support using SQL/Redshift/Tableau. Responsibilities include designing complex mixed-methods studies, executing sampling/weighting/cleaning, creating interpretable reports for senior leadership, and delivering dashboards and insights that inform product development and revenue. Ideal candidates are strategic, able to translate data into actionable business insights, capable of working independently in a fast-paced healthcare-focused environment, and possess strong communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Required skills include extensive experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics (8+ years or 6+ years with a Master's), proficiency with survey tools (Alchemer/Qualtrics), qual tooling (Dscout/UserInterviews), SQL/Redshift/Tableau, and strong data visualization and storytelling abilities. Healthcare experience is a plus, AI research tool experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics and a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience and a Masters degree
- Experience with survey design, sampling, weighting and basic statistical analysis is required
- Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics is required
- Experience with Dscout, UserInterviews, or similar qual tool
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau is required
- Presentation building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and a good eye for concise data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
- Experience in AI research tools is preferred but not required
