Partner with Marketing to transform data stories into published assets across blogs, reports, social content, and landing pages; support Pave Data Lab and Market Data with research and analysis; respond to data and compensation questions from customers and internal teams; develop a lightweight measurement framework to evaluate content impact; build deep understanding of Pave’s compensation dataset and translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences; prefer experience with compensation or labor market data and tools like dbt, Hex, and Claude code; target cash compensation ranges of $115k–$174k.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Strong data manipulation skills
- Experience translating data insights into accessible narratives for non-technical audiences
